On 20th September 2024, PAPIRUDEI hosted a memorable fundraising dinner at Sheraton Hotel Kampala, aiming to raise 1.4 billion UGX to equip Padre Pio Hospital-Butozi. The event brought together over 350 distinguished guests, including Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel S. Katabaazi, Prof. Ddumba-Ssentamu, and Joseph Balikuddembe of Centenary Bank, our major fundraising partner.
The overwhelming support from the community and key stakeholders marks a significant step towards providing essential healthcare services to underserved populations in the Greater Masaka Region.
